Test location 1: Jiuling Peak which is located in Jing'an County, Yichun City, Jiangxi Province, at an altitude of 1794 meters.

Test location 2: Wugu Peak which is located in Wuyuan County, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province, at an altitude of 1618 meters.

Test method:

Place a video transmission device at each of Jiuling Peak and Wugu Peak. Connect the network cable to the computer, and once the link is established, measure the transmission data stream between the devices through the network port.

Introduction to the video transmission link:

This is a bidirectional video transmission link with dual transmitting and receiving. The maximum transmission power is 2 * 40W, with the center frequency range being 1350 ~1450MHz. It supports a maximum working bandwidth of 40MHz. The maximum one-way transmission rate is 94mbps. It supports mesh networking. In line-of-sight conditions, the recommended air to ground transmission range is 200~300km.

During the test, the central working frequency is 1400 MHz, the transmission power is 2 * 40W, and the wireless working bandwidth is 40 MHz. Both sides used 2 omnidirectional fiberglass antennas with a gain of 5 dBi, and the transmission data streams was tested through notebook computers at both ends.

Note: The dual-channel transmission power of 40W is equivalent to a single-channel power of 46dBm + 3dBm = 49dBm.

Test conclusion:

Our 1.4GHz 40W*2 wireless video link, the distance between the two ends is approximately 277.6km, with two omnidirectional antennas of 5dBi at each end, and the antenna heights at both ends being 1794 meters and 1618 meters, the wireless link connection was smooth. When it was connected, the SNR at both ends could reach 10.6/11/10/9.9, and the Iperf UDP transmission data rate could reach approximately 42Mbps.
